Shipping Fees:

  • Designs with Physical Print Sample: If you purchase a print design along with a physical print sample, the shipping fee for the sample normally will be waived, and shipping will be free. 
    Free Shipping over £300
  • Digital Products: For digital products that do not require shipping, there are no shipping fees.
  • Physical Print Sample: If you choose to order a physical print sample separately, a shipping fee may apply. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on your location.
    UK: 5.99 GBP
    EU: 14.99 EUR
    International: 23.99 USD

Shipping Methods and Times:

  • Express Shipping: We try to use the express shipping method typically takes 1~3 business days for delivery in the UK, and 3~5 business days in the Europe region. International Shipping will be depending on your location.

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to track the status of your delivery.
